This site collects nothing about you, and we have not built anywhere to put it if it did.

There are no accounts, no sign-in, no newsletter and no forms. There is nothing on this website that submits anything anywhere. We run no analytics — not a privacy-friendly counter, not anything — so we genuinely do not know how many people visit or which pages they read.

Cookies

We set none, which is why you were not asked to agree to any.

⚠ One embedded thing is not ours: the Steam widget on the Flourish page is a frame served by Valve, so that it can show the live price. Loading this page loads that frame, and Valve can set its own cookies and see that your browser asked for it, exactly as if you had opened the Steam store. That is their processing under their policy, not ours — but it happens because we put it here, so it is ours to tell you about.

What your browser fetches from elsewhere

• Google Fonts — the typeface is fetched from Google's servers, so your browser makes a request to them.
• Steam — the widget above, plus screenshots served from Valve's image CDN.

Links out to Steam, Bluesky and our press kit are ordinary links. Those sites have their own policies and we have no part in them.

What our host sees

The site is served by Cloudflare, which — like any web host — processes the technical details of a request, including your IP address, to deliver the page and block attacks. That is theirs rather than ours.

If you email us

Mail sent to contact@fireowlgames.com reaches us and we keep it while it is useful to answer you. We do not add you to anything, because there is nothing to add you to.

Your rights

UK GDPR gives you rights over personal data held about you — access, correction, erasure and objection among them. From this website we hold none, so in practice there is nothing to ask us for unless you have emailed us. Ask at the address above.

⚠ What this page does not cover

This notice is about this website. It is not about the games. Anything a game does — a purchase, a cloud save, an achievement, a crash report — happens on Steam and under Valve's arrangements as well as ours, and is not described here.

If any of this stops being true, this page changes at the same time as the thing it describes, not afterwards. It is dated below.
